Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
Wi-Fi connection fails Verify the Wi-Fi password. Ensure the network is 2.4 GHz — 5 GHz is not supported.
Device shows offline Check the physical connection and power supply of the device. Re-scan from the app.
App cannot reach the gateway Check your internet connection. Verify the gateway is connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (check LED indicators on the device).
Controls not responding Pull down to refresh the home screen. If the problem persists, check the gateway is online and the device is powered.
Cannot log in Verify your email and password. Use Forgot password on the login screen to reset via email.
Confirmation email not received Check your spam folder. Wait a few minutes and try resending from the app.
